Humble Beginnings

Agriculture has always been a part of our heritage. My father, a first-generation Mexican immigrant, came to the United States in pursuit of a better life for his family. Through his hard work and dedication, he realized the American dream, rising from a field worker to a supervisor and eventually, a Farm Labor Contractor. He provided me with a blueprint for success in this industry, and under his guidance and many years of experience, I followed in his footsteps to become a second-generation Farm Labor Contractor. At JNM Contracting, we firmly believe in the principles of hard work, commitment, and dedication in all aspects of farm labor.
